azure blake vang is a multi-disciplinary writer and buddhist witch based in bali. born as a sensitive individual, sometimes azure thinks about how different life would be if they could feel things the same way everyone else does but as they practiced their craft and understood humans better — they had come to realize that this was a strength and that they shouldn't be ashamed about it.

“i am so sensitive that it almost hurt to feel simple things. when people would talk about how sensitive i was, i would just know it was about me without them having to say my name,” azure says. “there was just no one who cried or laughed that much and everyone around me knows that. it took me so long to realize this but it is a strength, as much as it hurts to have sometimes. i want to posses that strength in such a way where i can make others feel understood, whether it is through a limitless practice in storytelling or guiding them with tarot cards.”

azure has been tarot reading for seven years and owns an independent tarot reading business where they guide and lend hope to others, as well as make them feel understood. as they're working on their business, they are writing their semi-autobiography horror 'beast within' and their dark historical fiction novel 'my danish sweetheart'.
